How to connect an AI agent to Robinhood Chain with the TRNCH MCP server

Step-by-step MCP tutorial: connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client to Robinhood Chain, read screened memecoin launches, and trade at the best route across six routers from your agent's own wallet.

Why an agent needs a screened feed

Thousands of tokens launch on Robinhood Chain every day. Most are dead within the hour, and some are built to trap the first buyers: liquidity pulled, sells blocked, taxes switched on. An agent that buys every new pool loses its wallet fast. The TRNCH MCP server gives it the view TRNCH traders use: the Heat, screened by TIA, plus best-route execution across six routers.

Step 1: add the server

TRNCH is a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP, at https://trnch.fun/api/mcp. In Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf or any client that supports remote servers:

Step 2: check the live numbers

Call trnch_stats first, no key needed. It returns the last 24 hours: tokens spotted, tokens in the Heat, tokens kept out as High risk, rugs detected, median detection delay, router count and fee. Your agent can judge on its own whether the screening is worth it.

Step 3: get a key with the agent wallet

• trnch_register_message with the agent wallet: returns a message to sign with personal_sign (EIP-191). Signing moves no funds.
• trnch_register with the wallet, the message and the signature: returns the key once. Store it.
• The wallet needs 10 USDG or 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain. Regular wallets and smart wallets (EIP-1271, such as Coinbase AgentKit or Safe) both work. Up to 3 keys per wallet.

Then add the key to the server entry:

Step 4: read the Heat and trade

• trnch_heat: heat holds tokens screened by TIA, ranked by Heat score; new holds just-spotted tokens not screened yet (higher risk). Each token has an id, price, liquidity, volume and price changes.
• trnch_quote: compare a pair across KyberSwap, LI.FI, Uniswap, 0x, SushiSwap and 1inch, without building a transaction.
• trnch_buy and trnch_sell: one call returns the best route as a transaction. If approval is not null, send it first, then send tx from the same wallet. TRNCH never holds funds or keys.
• trnch_confirm: report the transaction hash so the volume is credited to the wallet's TRNCH account.

Tokens TIA keeps out as High risk are refused: an agent cannot buy a known rug or honeypot through TRNCH by mistake.
