Trnch blocks the TraderTraitor addresses from the $6B Binance theft

TrnchLabs

After the FBI tied the $6 billion Binance theft to North Korea's TraderTraitor, Trnch refuses every swap and bridge from or to all 609 ETH and Solana addresses the FBI published.

On October 31, 2026, the FBI said North Korea was behind the theft of more than $6 billion in crypto from Binance on or about October 29. The FBI calls this activity TraderTraitor. The stolen funds are being converted to ETH, and the FBI expects them to be laundered next through DeFi and instant swap services.

The FBI, the US Secret Service and IRS-CI asked DeFi services, instant exchanges and RPC node operators to block transactions with the addresses linked to the theft. Trnch is a DEX aggregator and bridge on Robinhood Chain, so the request is addressed to us too.

What changed on Trnch

  • The 608 ETH addresses and the Solana address published by the FBI are blocked.
  • No swap or bridge transaction is built for a blocked wallet, or to send funds to one.
  • The block covers the website, the Bot API and the MCP server for AI agents.
  • It runs on our servers, before any route is built. Nothing changes for other wallets.

Why it matters on Robinhood Chain

Stolen funds move through the cheapest and least watched routes. A young chain with fresh liquidity is one of them. Every aggregator that refuses these addresses leaves them with fewer exits, and makes the chain a worse place to launder money.

If you see these funds

The FBI asks anyone with information to contact a local FBI field office or the Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov. The full list of addresses is in the FBI alert.

FAQ

Does Trnch hold or freeze funds?

No. Trnch is non-custodial: it never holds funds, so it cannot freeze them. It refuses to build a transaction for a blocked address.

Will the list be updated?

Yes, when the FBI publishes new addresses linked to this theft.

What happens if my wallet is on the list by mistake?

Write to hello@trnch.fun. We follow the published FBI list and cannot remove an address the FBI still lists.
